C-Kids Volunteers
Tidal Wave wrapped up for the year last night and I thought today I would take a minute to acknowledge the youth and adults that help out, volunteer their time every week and teach our kids about who Jesus is. We have a fantastic group of volunteers. We have consistent, committed volunteers every Sunday and Thursday for the entire school year or season of programming. This is something we can be proud of and we also need to recognize how blessed we are to have this! To have consistent volunteers right from our infant nursery and up is huge!! And they love our kids!
As my time at Cornerstone comes to an end I realized that I will miss hanging out with these people every week. I have always enjoyed the kids, but the volunteers have been a blessing to serve with as well (some may argue they are just big kids!). My prayer is that with the transition our volunteers will continue to serve, they will continue to bless families and the future CE Pastor with their commitment and consistency to our kids and their devotion to serving God.
